We've been busy crafting a fantastic set of instructions. We shared our work with the amazing Y2 children, and it was such a blast. 🎉 They even showed us their hilarious instructions on how to make a truly disgusting sandwich! 🤢😂

Dear Parent/Carer,                                                             

Y5 children will be attending an Art workshop at Western Park Museum celebrating the works of Sheffield based artist, Pete Mckee.

The workshop will be split into two days – Wednesday, 8^th October and Thursday, 16^th October.

Children will travel to the museum by bus on these dates:

Year 5 Alexandrite – 8^th October 2025

Year 5 Ametrine – 16^th October 2025

Year 5 Quartz – 16^th October 2025

We are asking for a voluntary contribution of £5 per child towards the cost of the trip. All money should be paid to the school office and not on the arbor app. All parents must give their consent on the Arbor app to allow their children to attend.

Children will return to school in time for normal school pick up. Children need to arrive promptly at school by 8:40am in full school uniform and a coat.

We will have lunch at the museum, so children must bring a packed lunch. As usual, children entitled to free school meals will have one provided by school.
