Christmas Parties

๐ŸŽ„โœจ Christmas Parties ๐ŸŽ„โœจ

What a wonderful way to wrap up a busy Autumn term! The children had an absolute blast at their class Christmas parties, enjoying delicious food and playing games together. ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ

โ„๏ธ๐Ÿš‚Welcome to our Winter Wonderland! โ„๏ธ๐Ÿš‚

The children explored a magical winter wonderland sensory tray, filled with a train, little houses, shiny baubles, and soft “snow.” This hands-on activity encouraged imaginative play, sensory exploration, and lots of storytelling as the children discovered and created their own winter scenes.

So much learning and fun in one snowy adventure โ„๏ธโœจ

Y3 Quiz fun

Y3 had a blast with our Quiz - Quiz - Trade in maths! ๐ŸŽ‰ We reviewed all the vocabulary from Y2, and guess what? The kids remembered so much! It was so much fun watching them engage and learn. Great job, everyone! ๐ŸŒŸ #MathMagic #LearningIsFun

Christmas Card Making

The nursery children had so much fun making their very own Christmas cards, filled with paint, glitter, and lots of love. It’s been wonderful to see their creativity and excitement as they prepare something special for their families.

We hope these handmade cards bring big smiles and festive cheer! ๐ŸŽ„โœจ

๐Ÿ˜€Inherited or Environment๐Ÿ˜€

Do we inherit our eye colour and cool hair styles? Some, yes. We inherit aspects from our parents. But some things, like our trendy clothes, are variations from the environment around us. Y6 used their Kagan structures to sort through variations in humans today.

๐ŸŒŸ Sharing Stories ๐ŸŒŸ

Y3 have been working super hard on our writing and have created some amazing portal stories! ๐Ÿ“šโœจ We took our stories outside and shared them around the campfire with our friends. It was so much fun to read together and enjoy the fresh air! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŒณ

OPAL Playtime Donations

Dear families!

We’re excited to share that our children are having a blast during playtime, and the OPAL project is really taking off! This week, we’re on the lookout for any old laundry baskets, suitcases, wooden spoons, dressing up costumes, toy cars & dinosaurs that you no longer use. If you've got any spare items lying around, we’d be absolutely thrilled to give them a new life in our play sessions!

Also, don’t forget to check out some fun snapshots of the kids enjoying their lunchtime activities from last week! ๐Ÿ“ธ

Thank you so much for your ongoing support! ๐Ÿ’–
