This week in nursery we have been learning about Autumn. The children went on an Autumn leaf hunt in our outdoor area and found lots of different coloured leaves.

On rainy days like this, it only seems fitting to read 'Meet the Weather' by Bethan Woolvin. A fun, educational tour through the elements, including drizzle like today!

Year 4 love our weekly trip to the library; they read together, on their own, or return to their favourite author. Ed Vere is a keen class favourite at the moment, too!

Y3 had so much fun in science club this week testing out the coloured pen experiment.

In Y1 we learnt the vocabulary greater than, less than and equal to. We learnt the symbols to match the vocabulary. We then explored the symbols using lolly sticks and cubes.

As part of this week's learning in FS2, we've been role playing as different people who help us in our community.

Inspired by the work of Ifeoma Anyaeji, Y6 have learnt how to reuse plastic bags to create our own pieces of artwork using a braiding technique.

As part of our geography learning in Y5, we went to Lidl to look at the different products the U.K. imports and which products are home grown.

At hometime on Wednesday 9th October the PTA will be selling marshmallow and chocolate cups on the infant and junior yard. They are £1 each.
