These are just some of the many photos taken when Year 5 headed to The National Space Centre in Leicester last Friday. Around every corner were incredible activities for all the children to get stuck in to, including the chance to see a real life space rocket! On the coach home the children were asked which their favourite part of the day was. Although difficult to choose, they all eventually agreed it was the planetarium. This was a room which immersed you in a full 360º full dome cinema experience, allowing the children to tour the night sky and discover planets and moons. A big thank you to all the parent volunteers, staff and our awesome children for an unforgettable trip.
