This week year 6 had the fantastic opportunity to visit ‘Crucial crew’ in Rotherham on a school trip. We learnt all about how to keep ourselves safe and participated in a range of activities led by the Yorkshire fire, police and safety team. We worked in groups and experienced different workshops, for example fire safety, bus safety and road safety. One of the most memorable experiences was doing a mock trial in the magistrate's court. Children were able to take part and play different roles that would feature in a real court case.  It was a thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience
