Y4 History Lesson

🕌🕌 Arabia in 700AD🕌🕌

Y4 investigated what Arabia in 700AD would look like? We listened to sounds, explored images and discussed our senses to create a mind map of what it would be like. We will be using these points soon to make our own traditional tales.

Y5 Sketching Trip

🎨✏️ Y5 Sketching Trip 🎨✏️

Good morning families

This half term Y5 are studying the artist Stephen Wiltshire in our art unit. To prepare for our final piece, we will be visiting Sheffield city Centre and sketching the skyline.

Children should arrive at school at the normal time. We will then get the bus into town and return in time for lunch at school. Children will need to wear school uniform and bring suitable outdoor clothes as we will be outside for the full morning.

Pick up and drop off times will be the same.

Y5 Ametrine – Wednesday 31st January

Y5 Quartz – Thursday 1st February

Y5 Alexandrite – Friday 2nd February

The cost of the visit is £2, and this is to cover the bus fare cost. Please can children bring £2 in a named sealed envelope and bring to the school office.
