Good Morning from the Peak District!

All the children slept well and are ready for their last exciting day! Yesterday was filled with adventure, ending with a delightful night walk. To top it off, we had a surprise visitor join us—Miss Hodgkins!

What a fantastic day! The Y4s really embraced the challenge of the obstacle course, showcasing their incredible skills and teamwork. They've also conquered the indoor abseiling wall and scrambling and weasling!

Dinner tonight is a delicious fish and chips, followed by a scrumptious chocolate fudge cake for dessert.

As the evening approaches, the children will enjoy a lovely group walk under the stars, capped off with a bedtime story before lights out. What a memorable day!

Our Y4 children had an amazing time enjoying gymnastics during PE this week! Keep shining, little gymnasts!

Yesterday, our Y4 children wrapped up their persuasive writing unit with an inspiring protest about deforestation! We even had lovely Grandma Ingrid join in, adding her voice to the mix!

Y4 had a great music lesson with Liam from Sheffield Music Hub! The children had an blast playing on their glockenspiels and exploring the joy of music together! #SheffieldMusicHub #GlockenspielFun

Good afternoon families,

Please join us in congratulating our Y4 pride and value award winning pupils this week.

The School Photography Company will be capturing individual photos of all the children on Thursday, 30th April.

As many parents requested, these snapshots will be ready just in time for Eid-ul-Adha, making for perfect gifts to share with loved ones.

If you prefer that your child/children do not have their photograph taken, please let the school office know by 27th April.

If you have got younger siblings who want to join in the fun bring them along for the family photo at 8 AM or after school at 3:15 PM.

Throughout the school day, all other children will have their individual photos taken as usual!

Y4 enjoyed diving into the world of books with our reading partners! We had a great time using question cards to discover what kinds of books everyone enjoys reading. It was great to share our favorites and learn about new genres. 📖✨
