🌟 Partitions!🌟

Y4 had a blast learning how to partition flexibly! After a fun introduction, we rolled up our sleeves and got to practise on our own. Exploring numbers together was such an amazing experience, and we can't wait to dive deeper into our learning journey. Keep it up, Y4! πŸŽ‰πŸ’–

OPAL Playtime Donations

Good morning, families!

Our children are having a blast during playtime, and the OPAL project is really taking off! This week, we're on the hunt for any pushchairs, scooters, or even pots and pans that you might have lying around and no longer use. If you have any of these items, we’d be thrilled to give them a new life in our play sessions!

Check out some fun snapshots of the kids enjoying their lunchtime activities from last week! πŸ“Έ

Thank you so much for your ongoing support! You truly make our community awesome! πŸ’–

**🌳 Exciting Trip Alert for Year 4 Families! 🌳**

Dear families,

Our Year 4 students will be visiting the beautiful Shire Brook Valley Nature Reserve! Here are the dates for each class:

🌟 Y4 Peridot - 24th September

🌟 Y4 Turquoise - 6th November

🌟 Y4 Onyx - 12th November

The pupils will engage in the fantastic Young Rangers Discovery Program led by Discovery Outdoors. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to connect with their local environment and enhance their map skills—all while having fun outdoors!

Please make sure your children arrive promptly at school by 8:40 AM, as we'll be catching the 52 bus and taking a short walk to the nature reserve. We’ll be back in plenty of time for home time, so no need to worry!

A reminder that children will need to bring a packed lunch, as they’ll be enjoying their meal at the reserve. If your child usually receives a free school meal, don’t worry—a meal will be provided for them.

Let's prepare for a day filled with learning and fun! It's important that the children dress warmly and be ready for any wet weather—getting muddy is all part of the adventure!

While the trip will show up as free on Arbor, we are kindly requesting a contribution of £2.00 to cover the return bus fare. Please make any payments at the school office. Also, don’t forget that all parents must give consent via Arbor.

Thank you for your support, and we can’t wait for this fantastic adventure! 🌿
