We are reading the story 'The Gingerbread Man' in nursery so the children made their own gingerbread men to take home and eat!

Some of the nursery children have been to visit Darnall Libaray today. They had a great time looking at books and sharing stories with their friends.

Nursery Library Visit

Dear families

We are taking the nursery children to Darnall Library to have a look at the books and listen to a story.

Monday 20th May - 10am and 1.40pm

Wednesday 22nd May - 10am

Friday 24th May - 1:40pm

If your child has a library card please bring it into school.

For this trip to take place, we will need parent volunteers to attend. If you would like to come, please speak to your child’s class teacher. You would be responsible for a small group of children.

Our nursery children enjoyed using powder paint to paint in the puddles outside.

The Gingerbread Man

We have enjoyed reading 'The Gingerbread Man' story in nursery. We have been making gingerbread men in the playdough, we counted buttons on the maths table and designed our own gingerbread man on the creative table.

Our nursery children put their coats on and enjoyed playing in the rain today.

Good afternoon families

Darnall Churches are holding a free family fun day on Saturday 18th May, why not pack a picnic and come along
