πŸŒŸπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒ OPAL Playtime Donations Alert! πŸƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŒŸ

Morning families!

We’re super excited to share that our Opal Play project is a hit with the children during lunch times! πŸŽ‰ To make it even better, we’re reaching out for your help!

This week, we’re on the lookout for any old pots and pans, baking trays and sieves that you might have tucked away and no longer use. If you have any of these items, we’d love to give them a new home in our play sessions!

And guess what? We’ve got some fun snapshots of the kids enjoying their lunchtime on the last week of term! πŸ“Έ

Thank you so much for your ongoing support! You make our community awesome! πŸ’–

πŸ“’πŸŒΈ School's Out for Spring Break! πŸŒΈπŸ“’

School is now closed for the May Spring Bank Break! πŸŽ‰βœ¨ I hope you all have a fantastic break especially with all that sunshine coming our way!

It’s been quite a busy half term for us all! From FS2 Growing Day, the Lord Mayor’s visit, to our Bike ability sessions, Year 4 residential, Y3 and Y4 cricket sessions, and the EYFS open evenings and play-and-stay sessions—plus our visits to the Emergency Services Museum and Matlock Farm—what a whirlwind it has been! And guess what? There’s even more for us to look forward to next term!

I also want to take a moment to wish all our families a joyful and blessed Eid ul-Adha next week πŸŒ™βœ¨

So, mark your calendars! πŸ—“οΈ We can’t wait to see all the pupils back in school on Monday, 1st June 2026.

Wishing you all a fun and restful Spring Bank holiday! πŸ’–πŸŒž
