🌟 A big thank you to all the Y4 parents who joined us for the "Meet the Teacher" breakfast yesterday! It was great to see so many parents in the classrooms, all excited to learn about the children’s journey and experiences. Your support means a lot to us! 🥳📚

Y4 have had lots of fun in their reading lesson today!

Our nursery children have had an amazing time exploring the great outdoors! They've been splashing around in water, counting and moving ducks, and taking care of our plants. Plus, they’ve enjoyed leaf printing, cozy reading sessions in the book nook, and so much more! 🐾💧🌿

We will hold our Autumn parents evening on Tuesday 20th October and Wednesday 21st October 3.30 - 6pm. Parents, please make appointments via the arbor app, or contact the school office if you would like help to do this.

Our Year 4 classes will be heading to Darnall Library!

Here are the details:

**Y4 Turquoise:** Tuesday, 6th October – 2-3pm

**Y4 Peridot:** Friday, 9th October – 2-3pm

**Y4 Onyx:** Friday, 16th October – 2-3pm

Please ensure your child wears their full school uniform, sensible shoes, and brings a waterproof coat, just in case! ☔️

If they have a library card, remind them to bring it to school to borrow books during the visit, and if your child doesn’t have a library card yet, you can easily sign up at the library.

Have you ever wondered how to classify leaves like a pro? 🍂✨ Y4 did just this! From the shape and size to the color and texture, there’s so much to discover!

Dear families!

Our Opal Play project is a hit with the children during lunch times! To make it even better, we’re asking for your help!

This week, we’re on the lookout for any old lego, small toys, soft toys, puzzles and games that you might have tucked away and no longer use. If you have any of these items, we’d love to give them a new home in our play sessions!

We’ve got some fun snapshots of the kids enjoying their lunchtime on the last week!
