Exciting day in Y1! We walked into our classroom to find a huge mess! But surprise! We discovered our new book, 'Where The Wild Things Are', along with a letter from Max! 📚🦁 We had so much fun pretending to be Max and asking him questions. 🌈✨ #ClassroomFun #WhereTheWildThingsAre

Today in Y4 Writing, we had a blast playing "Would You Rather"! We used conjunctions to explain and expand upon our opinions. It was a fun way to practice our writing skills while sharing our thoughts with each other. ✍️😊 #Y4Writing #LearningFun

Join us for the Scholastic Book Fair in our school library from Friday 12th June to Thursday 18th June! We'll be open every day after school until 4 PM.

Explore a fantastic selection of children's books, and remember, every purchase contributes to our school's cashpot for more library books. Last year, thanks to your support, we received £167.20 to enhance our library!

Dear Y1 families

This month, our Year 1 classes will be heading to Darnall Library!

Here are the details:

**Y1 Aquamarine:** Tuesday, 16th June – 2pm

 **Y1 Emerald:** Wednesday, 24th June – 10am

**Y1 Pearl:** Friday, 19th June – 2pm

Please ensure your child wears their full school uniform, sensible shoes, and brings a waterproof coat, just in case! ☔️

If they have a library card, remind them to bring it to school to borrow books during the visit,  and if your child doesn’t have a library card yet, you can easily sign up at the library.
