In Y4 it's been a great start to our new history unit! We have been exploring the significant developments in Darnall's history and documenting them on a timeline. Did you know that Darnall was a small village outside of Sheffield's boarders? How interesting!

What a sunny start to our first week of Summer 2. The 'Eco Club' started clearing up some of our garden on Monday. They did some weeding and tidying up along the pathway. Stay tuned to see what else they get up to this half term.

☀ Summer Fair ☀

Good morning families,

On Wednesday 10th July we will hold our Summer fair on the school field 2.30-5pm, and we really hope that all our families and wider community are able to come along an enjoy the games, stalls, inflatables, food and entertainment.

It will be a great afternoon!

Sculpture Making

Y4 have had a wonderful time creating their Matisse-inspired sculptures. They have drawn inspiration from his collages, created their own shapes and used paper mache to create the shape of the sculpture. What a fabulous time!
