**๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ Parent Partnership Meeting ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ**

Dear families!

We are excited to invite you to our very first Parent Partnership Meeting (previously known as the Parent Forum) on **Friday, December 12th at 9:15 AM**! This is a fantastic opportunity for all parents to come together, chat about school updates, and learn about the exciting things we’re doing to make our school even better!

Feel free to drop your little ones off in their class, join them for some morning learning fun, and then swing by to the infant hall for a 9:15 AM start! We can’t wait to connect with all of you and answer any questions you might have.

Looking forward to seeing you there! ๐ŸŽ‰

OPAL Playtime Donations

Dear families!

We’re excited to share that our children are having a blast during playtime, and the OPAL project is really taking off! This week, we’re on the lookout for any old wellies, buckets, spades, and sandbox toys that you no longer use. If you've got any spare items lying around, we’d be absolutely thrilled to give them a new life in our play sessions!

Also, don’t forget to check out some fun snapshots of the kids enjoying their lunchtime activities from last week! ๐Ÿ“ธ

Thank you so much for your ongoing support! ๐Ÿ’–

๐ŸŒŸ Paired Reading ๐ŸŒŸ

In Y4, we had so much fun pairing up for some shared reading! ๐Ÿ“šโœจ We took turns questioning our partners about the stories we chose, which helped us discover a whole new world of different types of books! It’s amazing how much you can learn from each other๐Ÿ’– #ReadingRocks #Y4Reads

๐ŸŒŸ **Exciting Opportunity: Parent Governor Role!** ๐ŸŒŸ

Dear Families!

An exciting position has opened up for a parent governor within our school community. Parent governors play such an important role—they’re the vital link between the school and our parents!

Your voices matter, and this is your chance to share any concerns or ideas that you, and others, might have. We want to ensure everyone feels heard and valued!

So, what’s involved? It’s pretty simple! You’ll need to attend 3 full governing body, and staff link meetings —just one each term.

This is a great opportunity to represent the vibrant voices of our parent community!

If you're interested in stepping up and making a difference, just pop into the school office to grab an application form! Thank you so much for considering this fantastic opportunity. Together, let’s make our school the best it can be!

The closing date for applications is **Friday, 19th December at 12 noon**

How Does Your Digestive System Work

Y4 dove into the fascinating world of our digestive system! ๐Ÿฅณ We learned how our bodies turn food into the energy we need to play and learn every day. From chewing to digesting in our tummies!

Students had a blast creating fun diagrams and sharing what they discovered. Did you know your small intestine is about the length of a bus? ๐Ÿš๐Ÿ˜ฎ So many amazing facts to learn!
