Y4 had a fun morning working as a team in reading. They had to find quotes in their new read, Loki in groups to complete the board. Today, they have inferred personality traits and emotions within a text. Well done, Y4T!

Y4 Theatre Trip

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to let you know that we have the opportunity to go to an event at Sheffield University (Pennine Theatre) and hear a presentation from the author of one of our favorite books – House with Chicken Legs. This is a great way for students to learn more about the book and gain further excitement for reading.

The event will take place on Monday, 28th April 2025

The cost of the trip is £2 to cover the bus fares to and from the event.

Children will return to school by midday so lunch and home time will be normal.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to speak to your child’s class teacher.

Thank you for your continued support,

Y4 Team

Anatomy of the Ear

πŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚ Anatomy of the Ear πŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚

What a wonderful start to the Summer Term for Y4. We had a visit from Alice who is an audiologist at the Children's hospital. Students explored the anatomy of the ear, how we hear sounds and even saw a replica of the smallest bone in our ear!
