Y3 Value & Pride Award Winners *

Good afternoon families,

Please join us in congratulating our Y3 pride and value award winning pupils this week.

Dear families

We would love to invite parents from Y5 Ametrine (Miss Scrimgeour's) class to watch their showcase assembly on Thursday 23rd January at 9.15am. The children are so excited to showcase examples of work they have done so far this term. Please come along if you can.

School Book Fair

Dear families

We will have the Scholastic book fair in the Junior Hall starting Tuesday 21st January - Monday 27th January everyday after school until 4pm.

Families will be able to buy a variety of children's books. When families purchase books, school is given a cashpot to spend on books too.

Y5 have created collages using maps of our local area for our 'Journeys' art unit

Where's My Teddy

The children have enjoyed coming back to nursery after the holiday and reading a new story called 'Where's My Teddy?'

FS2 Medieval Banquet

On Tuesday 14th January FS2 children will be hosting a medieval banquet as part of their topic on castles and dragons, Children can dress up on the day too if they would like as a King, Queen, Prince, Princess or Knight.

Please can parents provide some food/nibbles for the children to share at the party.

It can be hard to keep up in this ever-changing digital world. But the things that help keep children safe online are often similar to the things that keep them safe offline.

Encourage your child to think critically and question what they see online. Please find time to talk to your child about what they see online and about what they access on the internet (such as games and social media).
